The kids like it when we change the "car" on the screen to a beach ball while on vacation. For the price you pay, you get a very nice GPS that has a lot of cool features. Definitely recommend it. It has a lot of useful features and it is a very good deal. We decided on this GPS for that reason. We have had it for a while now and use it frequently.
We can now find any place we are looking for.Easy to use and great directions, easy to follow. We love our garmin purchased from Amazon. Our voice is Lola, and gives great directions.
However, we only use it when we travel outside our area which doesn't happen too often. Have own the device for more than year and are still pretty happy with it.
I highly recomend the Garmim Nuvi 260. The price has really come down on this unit too, I paid twice as much for it two years ago. If I've said it once, I've said it a thousand times, "It's the best gadget I've ever bought". Simply put; I've had this unit for two years and its paid for itself several times over in the money I've saved on gas. Thats not mention the frustration it saves as well.
That was a surprise but I can live with it. Did not have the exact same features as my previous model 260 from 2 years ago. How can the same model have different features.
